Our Client, an Uzbek National was delighted with Home Office recent decision to grant him Entry Clearance to enter the UK as a Visitor. He was a frequent visitor to the UK over the last few years. His existing businesses already partnered with UK businesses and felt that being based in the UK would provide for better opportunities for both him and his businesses. Living in Uzbekistan meant that his time zone was not convenient for the businesses that he worked with.
He needed advice on what would be the best visa for him. He did not want to be restricted in what he can and cannot do in terms of business activities.
During our initial meeting with Our Client, we discussed the options available to him in terms of the UK visas which were relevant to his circumstances. We advised that other Visa routes would individually be too restrictive in terms of permitted activities and so we discussed in detail the requirements of the Investor Visa.
We provided Our Client with a detailed list of documents needed for the application. We advised about who he could speak to in order to execute some of the documents which were needed. Our Client requested for us to make an introduction to the relevant parties which we more than happy to do.
We liaised with the Parties on Our Clients behalf and obtained the necessary documents from them to help support the application. Our Client provided the remaining documents which we were able to review and provide him with feedback within 5 days. We moved on to preparing the Visa Application Form through the documentation he provided and submitted the Application on his behalf.
Our Client was granted his entry Visa following a wait of approximately two weeks. Our Client was very happy with the service that he had received from Cranbrook Legal and at the time of writing, had already referred a friend to us who required assistance with UK immigration services.
